String Beans Adobo with Ground Pork

String beans adobo with ground pork is a dish where the beans, along with ground pork are simmered in soy sauce and vinegar. It is delicious, easy to cook, and perfect when paired with a warm cup of rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound string beans, cut in 2 inch length
- 1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ½ pounds ground pork
- ⅓ cup vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat a frying pan then sear the ground pork.
- When oil and juice comes out of the pork, add garlic and onion then cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and water then bring to a boil.
- Shake in the ground black pepper and stir.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add string beans and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
